Will it work on my personal number? +

When they scan your QR code or tap your WhatsApp link, they connect to Graftap's dedicated business number — not yours. Graftap handles the conversation and sends you a clean job card. Missed calls divert to your Graftap number automatically if unanswered. Your personal WhatsApp is only used to receive job cards from Graftap.
What happens when I hit my monthly job limit? +
Graftap never holds jobs hostage. When you hit your monthly limit, your earned Flex reserve kicks in automatically so jobs keep flowing. Once Flex is exhausted, new enquiries are held securely until the 1st — the customer gets a polite response and your fallback number if you've set one. PAYG top-ups release held jobs immediately. Your limit always resets on the 1st of the month.
